Women’s Circles at MESA is a monthly community gathering for adult women (18+) who have experienced trauma. Rooted in MESA’s 50+ years of supporting survivors in Boulder County, this program creates a safe, welcoming space for women to come together, connect, and honor their healing journeys.

These circles are open to survivors of any form of trauma—including sexual violence, relationship or domestic violence, childhood abuse, harassment, or the everyday weight of life’s challenges. Each gathering is designed to provide connection, reflection, and support outside of a therapy or support group setting.

What to Expect:

  • Each circle will focus on a unique theme connected to honoring our past, present, and future selves.
  • Two-hour gatherings in the Heart Centered Yoga Studio at MESA
  • Gentle activities, journaling or reflection, small- and large-group conversations, and a closing ritual
  • A safe, structured, trauma-informed space—free of judgment or shame

Participation is always optional—you are welcome to simply listen and take in the experience. This is not therapy, but it is a supportive, community-based experience where women can build resilience, recognize their strengths, and reconnect with themselves and each other.

Space is limited—advance registration required. Register on Eventbrite
