This 12-week group for primary survivors of sexual violence offers a chance to share support with other survivors. Gain a greater understanding of how trauma affects the mind, body, and spirit, and learn about tools to help you manage difficult thoughts and feelings in a safe space.
- When: Monday nights from 6:00-7:30pm (Jan. 14 – April 1)
- Where: Ryan Wellness Center, 1000 Alpine Avenue in Boulder
- Suggested Donation: $10 per session

Teen Survivors of Sexual Violence (ages 15-18), starting Jan. 8th

This 6-week support group is for young women and girl-identified survivors of sexual violence, ages 15-18.
Learn about the impact of trauma and how to cope after trauma. Explore your identity, find resources, rebuild trust in your relationships, and consider what safety looks like during healing.
- When: Tuesday nights from 5:30-7:00pm (Jan. 8th – Feb. 12th)
- Where: MESA, 1455 Dixon Ave. in Lafayette (suite 210)

Trauma-Informed Drop-In Yoga Classes: New Series Starting Jan. 6th in Lafayette

Traumatic stress manifests in the body and mind. Yoga and mindfulness practices can be used as a tool to manage stress and facilitate healing.
This 8-week yoga series is for survivors of any type of trauma. Benefit from movement of body and breath and connect with others in a safe and supportive setting. No prior experience with yoga or trauma therapy required.
- When: Sunday afternoons from 3-4:30 pm (Jan. 6th – March 3rd; no class the week of Feb. 10th)
