What to Expect
- Brief presentation on the science of how yoga helps with traumatic stress
- 30-minute trauma-informed yoga class for all levels, no prior yoga experience necessary
- Q & A Session
Attend virtually or in-person. Yoga mats and props provided for in-person participants. All participants whether in-person or virtual should check with a doctor before taking part in any yoga class.
